Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy is dedicated to providing the best quality netballs. We understand that the products you order are extremely important to you and your recipients and should be completed according to your specifications.

However, there may be instances where you have concerns regarding an order meeting your expectations. Should you have any concerns we suggest you contact directly by phone on 1300 100 275, or email, at, within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss a suitable resolution to your concerns.

Please do not return items until we have issued you with a product return code.  Products returned without this (RAN) code will not be accepted.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

Have a fault that you could not have been aware of at the time of purchase; and/or are different to the product description provided.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

you simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
you realise you can't afford the goods;
you found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
you chose the wrong size or style;
you knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
you were responsible for causing the fault; e.g. spelling errors, incorrect layout or product mishandling.


All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for costs involved in the return of goods unless specified otherwise by

Any refunds issued will be done using your original payment method where appropriate and we reserve the right to replace or refund the sale at our discretion. Refunds or replacements will be fully processed within 7 days of receiving your request.

This Policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.
